Joe Coonan
Prior to our inception in 2016, Joe gained extensive experience spanning more than 14 years in various roles within the building industry.
After completing a Diploma of Building with Swinburne University, the vast majority of Joe’s experience incorporated custom designs and specifications. Having worked for several reputable organisations during this time, Joe was involved in a wide range of styles of construction. These have varied between one, two and three storey structures, from single home sites to building projects holding well over one hundred dwellings.
With Joe’s core strengths including project management, both technical and practical construction knowledge, planning and administration, he has established a firm reputation for his attention to detail and ability to add value to each project with sound judgement and advice.
Courtney Taylor
Courtney’s experience spans across several industries including an extended period within real estate and the building industry providing executive level administrative assistance, office management and customer service support. Being highly organised, proactive and our resident tech savvy problem solver, her abilities ensure we stay on track with our high standards of professionalism.
Together they share a passion for building and lead the Jocourt team.
